Why the deposit exists
It is not a fee for access — the directory is free and always will be. The deposit is there because this work is done by a person in Shanghai spending real days on the phone, and a free enquiry form fills up with buyers who are not actually buying. If you order through us, the $100 comes off the invoice. If we cannot find you a single factory willing to quote, you get it back.

Product, target quantity, any specification or sample you already have, and the market it ships to. A photo and a sentence is enough to start; certification requirements matter more than you would expect, so mention them early.

We shortlist from the directory
We pick factories whose product line actually centres on your item rather than listing it among forty others — the same specialisation signal the category pages rank by.

We contact them in Chinese
In Chinese, from a Chinese company, during Chinese business hours. This changes the reply rate more than anything else on this page.

You get a comparison
MOQ, unit price at your quantity, lead time, payment terms and whether they hold export registration — side by side, with the non-responders named so you know the sample size.

We introduce you. No markup on the factory price and no obligation to keep us in the loop. If you would rather we handled the shipment as well, that is the export agent service.

Before you pay for anything
Search the directory first. It is free, there is no account, and for a lot of products you will find what you need and email the factory yourself. That is a perfectly good outcome — this service exists for the cases where you tried that and got silence.
