Sourcingwiki is operated by an export agency based in Shanghai, China. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data. When you register we store your name and email address. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; we never see or store passwords.
• Enquiry forms. Name, email, company name and the details you provide in a service enquiry. Used only to respond to your request.
• Company listing applications. Business licence uploads and company details you submit. Stored in a private bucket accessible only to administrators.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, pages visited). We use Vercel Analytics — no third-party trackers.

What we do not collect or publish

• We do not publish personal contact details of individuals — names, phone numbers, emails or messaging IDs of company employees.
• We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Data storage

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Anonymous visitors cannot access contact records or private application data at the database level — not just the UI level.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the account settings page. Company listings can be removed through the same interface with a 24-hour administrative review window.
