- A genuine cosmetics manufacturer holds a Chinese production licence (化妆品生产许可证) and runs a clean room built to GMPC practice. Ask for the licence number rather than a certificate image.
- What certification is needed to import personal care & hygiene into the EU or US?
- The EU is the hard gate: CPNP notification, a Responsible Person established in the EU, and a Cosmetic Product Safety Report. None of it can be done by the factory alone. Since MoCRA, the US requires facility registration and product listing with the FDA.
