What certification is needed to import beauty & personal care into the EU or US?
The EU is the hard gate: CPNP notification, a Responsible Person established in the EU, and a Cosmetic Product Safety Report. None of it can be done by the factory alone. Since MoCRA, the US requires facility registration and product listing with the FDA.
